About
We’re Here For You.
The Midtown Business Improvement District (BID) was established in 2017 to support Midtown commercial property owners and businesses in collectively planning, funding and implementing projects and programs. The BID is a special taxing district that utilizes its funding to support investments in three areas:
- Midtown Promotion, Management and Business Support
- Midtown Branding, Marketing and Activation
- Midtown Placemaking and Maintenance
As Midtown evolves and changes, the BID puts greater control of the district in our stakeholders’ hands and allows us to leverage our collective resources to ensure Midtown retains its unique character and remains economically and socially vibrant. The BID works closely with the City of Fort Collins and many local partners to support Midtown’s needs.
BID Boundaries
The BID boundaries include all commercial properties fronting College Ave. from Drake Rd. to Boardwalk Rd., as well as Foothills Mall parcels fronting Foothills Parkway.
