Business Visibililty
While Fort Collins enjoys healthy and mature trees throughout its business corridor, without proper maintenance these trees can become overgrown and the beauty they provide can quickly block out visibility and signage to businesses in the corridor.
In order to open up critical visibility to the businesses in the corridor, the Midtown BID worked closely with the City of Fort Collins Forestry service and Traffic departments to accelerate the tree pruning schedule to increase the height of the canopies, removing dead limbs and opening up visibility while preserving the health and beauty of the trees along the corridor.
