S. College Avenue Redesign Public Workshops

Efforts to advance a complete makeover of S. College Avenue (from Boardwalk to Thunderbird) are underway, thanks to a $200,000 commitment of BID funds to advance preliminary construction documents.

On Wednesday, March 23 the Midtown BID will host a series of workshops to solicit input
from Midtown property and business owners, as well as the general public,
to help shape the future improvements and overall design of the street.

There will be 4 targeted workshops to discuss each of the 4 following segments of S. College Ave,
as identified on the following map:

8:00 AM to 9:30 AM — Boardwalk to West of Horsetooth (Orange section)
10:00 AM to 11:30 AM — Horsetooth to Monroe (Blue section)
12:00 PM to 1:30 PM — East of Monroe to West of Swallow (Yellow section)
2:00 PM to 3:30 PM — Swallow to Thunderbird (Green section)

There will also be a Public Open House from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, including a discussion about the entire project. Refreshments will be provided at all the sessions.
